Month of July

Well, sorry there has not been any updates in awhile. We have had a month of joys and sorrows. In case some of you didn't know, Gary's father passed away a few weeks ago due to complications with diabetes and kidney failure. He was very sick for awhile, and we will miss him dearly. We are grateful that he won't have to endure any more uncomfortable procedures or hospitalizations. Thank you all so very much for your calls, cards, and prayers.

Our joys have been concerning our sweet kiddos! They are just amazing every day! We are always learning something new, and then rediscovering old tricks (the miracles of hands!). Brady has been army crawling for about a month, and he now gets up on all fours and starts rocking. He will take a few "official" crawls, then tip over and resort to army style. Reese enjoys watching his mobility from her comfortable tush on the play palate. She is still absolutely amazed with the cats, and Harley made her laugh so hard we thought she was going to fall over! They love to discover each other, and appear to have some kind of silent communication that we may not ever understand. They are so different in so many ways, but they both can agree that they hate peas! You should see the drama that takes place after a good healthy bite of peas! Solid foods have been entertaining, but they are both excellent eaters. Reese has caught up to only a pound smaller than Brady, and they are both going to need new car seats in the next couple of months! This is hardly a learning experience for Gary and I, because once we actually "get it," they are on to something new! I just know they think we are the biggest clowns!

We love you all, and I enjoy getting pictures from everyone! Keep sending them!
